It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Allen of Inwood, West Virginia, born in Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on October 31, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy Friese and Lottie Viola "Byrum" Friese; her husband Robert E. Allen; and her grandson David Rosario. She is survived by : her son Robert "Bob" Allen (Tina); her granddaughters, Kelli Kerns (Eric Grey), Gina Hopkins (Charlie) and Melissa Lowman (Donnie); her great grandchildren, Brittany Baker, Morgan Benefield, Katelyn Linton, Charlie Hopkins and Davian Lowman; her sister Louise Keenan; and her friends, Sharon and Eddie Johnson.
