He is survived by : his wife Debra Artego Shiley; his children, Joshua Shiley, Chris Kackley (Irene), Thomas Kackley (Crystal Radcliff), David Kackley (Courtney) and Jessica Shiley; his grandchildren, Abagail Shiley, Madison, Breanne, Kaylee, Richard, Jr., Riley, Layla and Retta Jane Kackley; his daughters-in-law, Amanda Kackley and Jennifer Kackley; his sister Denise Jenkins (Jeff); his niece Danielle Boyd (Stephen); his nephew Cody Jenkins; and his cousins, Ted and Jeannie. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
