She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles and Arvella Mobley, Sr.; her husband Jack Herbert Cummings; and her siblings, Agnes Elliott, Charles Mobley, Jr. and Samuel Mobley.

She is survived by : her children, Lisa Strosnider (Eddy) of Winchester, Virginia, Chris Sims (Patty) of Winchester, Randy Sims (Kim) of Front Royal and Eric Sims (Dee) of Gerrardstown; her grandchildren, Eddy Strosnider (Larissa) of Winchester, Brad Strosnider (Ashton) of Gore, Christopher Sims (Melissa) of Stephens City, Kayla Sims of Bunker Hill, Kara Sims of Winchester, Lauren Sims of Front Royal, Chad Sims of Inwood and Thomas Cook of Inwood; her great grandchildren, Ryleigh Strosnider, Lisa Jane Strosnider, Lily Strosnider, Bodhi Strosnider, Michael Achter, Christopher Achter and Ty Sims; and her brothers, Max "Neal" Mobley (Angie) of Winchester and Thomas "Chummy" Mobley (Teresa) of Martinsburg.
