She was predeceased by : her parents, Clarence Niebur and Genevieve Hall Niebur; and her brother Jay Niebur. She is survived by : her children, Gary Stephen Morrow of Inwood and Debra Jean Morrow of Montgomery Village, MD; her grandchildren, Melissa Morrow, James Morrow and Amanda Perez; and her brother Howard Niebur. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Panhandle, 330 Hospice Lane, Kearneysville, WV 25430 or Berkeley County Meals on Wheels, 116 E King St, Martinsburg, WV 25401.
