She is survived by : her husband James "Jimmy" Cook; her children, Rickey Cook (Ashley) of Itmann, WV and Katrina Cook (Kelsey Lawrence) of Frankfort, KY; her grandchildren, Brandi Repass (Casey) of Mullens, WV, Nick Cook of Mullens, WV, Shana and Carlene Godsey of Itmann, WV; her great grandchildren, Dylan Repass, Kaden Norris, Makena Repass and Keaton James Cook; and her siblings, Edna Vaughn, Anna Rhea Ray of Phelps, KY and Herstel Ratliff of Pikeville, KY. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
