He was predeceased by : his parents, John Hurley Collins and Bessie Ables Collins; his wife Sarah Pearl Collins; and his siblings, Harold Cecil Collins and Mary-Jane Collins.
He is survived by : his son Gary Collins (Janice); his granddaughter Mindy Cranmer (Justin); his great grandchildren, Bryli of Roanoke and Wyatt Cranmer of Roanoke; and his sister Emma Jean McNemar of Buckhannon. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
