He was predeceased by: his parents, Hayward F. Scarff and Wanda Naomi Boyd Scarff; his wife Lillie Corrine Robinson Scarff; and his son Scottie Scarff. He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Scarff of Jane Lew; his granddaughter Samantha Scarff of Jane Lew; and his siblings, Joseph Scarff (D'Anna) of Jane Lew, Diana Cross (Charles) of Clarksburg, Mickey Scarff (Beth) of Jane Lew and Sharon Bonnett of Good Hope.
