Madge Louise McKinney left this world on June 3, 2025 at the age of 90, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Goff McKinney and Nellie Tierny McKinney; her husband George Clyde "Bud" Hennen; her siblings, Mary DeCampli, Debra Welch, Robert McKinney, Rev. John McKinney and Paul McKinney; and her son-in-law Keith Gaines.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vickie Short of Clarksburg, Linda Retton (Michael) of Columbia, MD and Lisa Gaines of Good Hope; her grandchildren, Kelly Bond, Michael Bond, Trevor Retton (Jenna), Lauren Retton (Joshua Holbrook), Kari Short, Christopher Harris, Amber Gaines (Zn Keisling) and Zachary Gaines; and her siblings, Thomas "Tom" McKinney (Donice) of Flemington and Annabelle Hostler of Grafton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home (201 Edison St, Nutter Fort, WV 26301). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM. A burial will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
