He was predeceased by : his parents, Everett Walker, Sr. and Phoebe Ellen Walker (Simpson); his brother Everett Walker, Jr.; and his half-siblings, George Alderman, William Bill Alderman, Todd Alderman, Lillan Evans, Layoma Skidmore and Evelyn Horgar.

He is survived by : his sister Patricia Ann Leavitt (Paul). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
