He was predeceased by : his parents, AC Sparks and Sarah Sparks; his sister Tina Hagerman; his brother-in-law Eddie Boy Hagerman; and his nephew Terry Wayne Gardner.
He is survived by : his daughters, Angel Rife (Donnie) of Jolo, WV and Brandi Sparks; his grandchildren, Dalton, Hailey, Emily Rife of Jolo, WV and Joshua Sparks; and his siblings, Dicky Sparks (Gerl) of Jolo, WV, Roger Sparks (Brenda) of Stringtown, WV, Timmy Sparks (Vicky) of Jolo, WV, Lori Gardner (Jerry) of Iaeger, WV and Kaye Hicks of Pea Patch, VA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
