She was predeceased by : her parents, Tom Thornsbury and Mazy Rife Thornsbury; her siblings, Rosie Blankenship, Ella Sandal, Bell Stacy, Clyde Ezra Thornsbury, Herbert Thornsbury, Doug Thornsbury, Tom Thornsbury Jr., Ozie Shelton and Willard Thornsbury; her nieces, Sherry Ann Blankenship and Georgia Sue Blankenship; her sister Tondal; and her brother-in-law George Blankenship.

She is survived by : her husband Leslie Osborne Jr.; her daughter Paige Osborne; and her siblings, Hazel Blankenship of Jolo, Vi Miessau of Florida, Geraldine Evans of Florida, Tessie Dellacroce of Sutton, WV, Maxine Skinner of Georgia, Hobert Thornsbury of Jolo, WV and Sue Stacy of Florida.

Services will be held in accordance with Covid-19 guidelines, mask are to be worn by all attending and social distancing is to be practiced.
