She was predeceased by: her husband Beecher Meadows, Jr.; her parents, Charles Daniel and Dulcie McComas Crotty; her stepfather H. B. Meadows; her sons-in-law, Steve Tickle and Rick Newsome; and her siblings, Clyde, Elder Millard, Lawrence, Homer Crotty, Lucille Hill and Blanche Nicholson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Tickle of Charleston and Mary Newsome of Jumping Branch; her grandchildren, Amy, Sara Tickle of Charleston, Richard Newsome of Jumping Branch, Olivia Rose (Jamie) of Pikeville, KY and Rebecca Newsome (Derek Dooley) of Roanoke, VA; her great grandchildren, Eli, Dawson, Easton Rose, Brooks and Karsyn Dooley; her close friends, Wilma Lilly O'Brian, Bill, Maura, Anne, Alena Lindberg and Kaye Shepherd; and her caregivers, Carol Bishop, Tammy Adkins, Denise Massey and Kathy Lilly. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel (130 Temple St, Hinton, WV 25951). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
The family asks that donations of sympathy in lieu of flowers be made to Summers County Walk For.
