He is survived by : his wife Judy Turner Crook of Daniels; his children, Janet Crook Conroy of Boston, MA, Mark Crook and Toya Carter of Daniels, WV; his grandson William Henry Conroy; and his sisters-in-law, Tina Crook of Beckley and Louise Crook of Jumping Branch.
