Betty S. Payne Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty S. Payne of Kearneysville, West Virginia, who passed away on May 22, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles C. Sisk and Muzetta Sisk (Puffinberger); her husband Frank Eldon Payne; and her siblings, Helen Collis, Ella Hendricks, Noel Sisk, David Sisk and Charles Sisk, Jr..

She is survived by : her daughters, Cindy Cutlip (Rich) of Winchester, VA and Cheryl Rosen (Dan) of Wellington, FL; and her siblings, Joyce Valeri and Allen Sisk. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
