It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Debra L. Titus of Kearneysville, West Virginia, who passed away on March 27, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Patricia Thompson Kiser and Stuart A. Brown. She is survived by : her husband Harry B Titus Jr.; her children, Stephanie L. Bowles (Timmy) of Kearneysville, WV, Bridget L. Turner of Martinsburg, WV, Shane D. Titus of Kearneysville, WV and Travis C. Titus (Celeste) of Michigan; and her sisters, Donna L. Miller (John) of Virginia, Pamela Faye Boyd (Emmett) of Charles Town, WV and Kathy L. Rowe (Michael) of Martinsburg, WV. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made in her name to Jefferson County Relay for Life, c/o Patricia Ott, 145 Donald Drive, Charles Town, WV 25414.
