It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dora Mae Custer of Kearneysville, West Virginia, born in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, who passed away on November 16, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Lawrence Emmitt Keyes and Marie Isabelle Harder Keyes; her husband Jack Henry Custer; and her grandsons, Kevin Huff and Michael Andrew Smith.
She is survived by : her children, Patricia Shamburg (Brian) of Kearneyville, Nettie Kain (Bradley) of Shenandoah Junction and Gilbert Huff (Kim) of Kearneyville; her grandchildren, Jacklyn, Amanda, Shane, Brandi, Patrick, Samantha, Andrea and Kayla; and her siblings, Wilda McDonald, Millie Mason, Judy Thomas, Brenda Fury, Lawrence Keyes and Bruce Keyes. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
