She was predeceased by : her parents, Leonard T. McVey and Bertha Mae Blevins; her husband Alton L. Carlisle; her stepson Garett Paul Carlisle; and her siblings, Mary Ann McVey and Jerry Glenn McVey.
She is survived by : her children, Deborah Spencer (Ronald) of Kearneysville, WV and William "Billy" Moore (Sarah) of Shepherdstown, WV; her stepson Victor Lee Carlisle of Ranson, WV; her siblings, Dorthulia M. Wines of Hagerstown, Wilma G. Rogers of Bunker Hill, WV and Leonard O. McVey of Bunker Hill, WV; and her grandchildren, Carrie, Gary "Peep", Andrew, Marcus and Desirae. She is also survived by 15 Great Grandchildren.
