It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nellie Ciarlante of Kearneysville, West Virginia, who passed away on February 11, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Lee White and Nannie Branson Tharp White; her husband Thomas Joseph Ciarlante; her sons, George Zisko, Thomas Ciarlante, Jr. and Joseph Allen Zisko; and her siblings, Martin Luther White, Edward Tharp White, Elsie Sigler and Thelma Painter.
She is survived by : her sons, Wayne Zisko of Florida and David Ciarlante of Kingston, NY; her siblings, Robert Lee White (Brenda) of Kearneysville, Ethel Breeden of Shepherdstown and Ruth Farmer of Kearneysville; and her godchildren, Seantae and Kory Farmer. She is also survived by Godsons, one great God-daughter.
