He was predeceased by : his parent Edd Collins; his wife Betty Jo Mooney Collins; and his siblings, Floyd, Marion and Pearl.
He is survived by : his parent Silvia Hall Collins; his wife Matthew Paul; his siblings, Dorothy Soto, Mollie Darst (Ronald), Blaine Backus, Leroy Collins (Judy) and Lonnie Collins; his nephews, Herman "Buddy" Dent and Terry Collins; and also Marie Collins.
