It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph L Frazier (Kenova, West Virginia), born in Wayne, West Virginia, who passed away on January 31, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Boyd Frazier and Louie Clay Frazier; his wife Beatrice "Honey" Frazier; and his pet Buddy. He is survived by : his daughters, Sandra Lee Hammock, Shiela Perry (Bob) and Sheri Clendenen (Kendall). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
