He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman "John" and Wanda Hughes Armstrong; his wife Mary Hollingsworth Armstrong; his daughter Jackie Renee Geise; and his brother Norman.
He is survived by: his siblings, Vivian (Quentin) of Kenova, WV, Roger of Ironton, OH, John (Sandy) of Chesapeake, OH, Ronnie (Susie) of Catlettsburg, KY, Donnie (Teresa) of Kenova, WV and Tim (Holly) of Guyandotte, WV; his grandson CJ Geise (Natalie); and his stepmother Rena Armstrong Skeens. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, church family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Steve's favorite charity, Operation Christmas Child.
