She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Manks and Delphia Manks (Weese); her grandson Nicholas Brown; and her siblings, Daryl, Bradley Manks, Janet Manks, Phyllis Devall and Sonia Miller.

She is survived by: her husband Charles L. Brown; her son Charles L. Brown, Jr. (Pamela) of Augusta, WV; her granddaughters, Brittany Brown and Sarah Haines (Trevor); and her great grandchildren, Liam and Jackson Haines.
