He was predeceased by: his parent Ivan O. Mills; his brother Douglas I. Mills; and his brother-in-law Thomas Westfall. He is survived by: his parent Catherine Mills (Riley); and his sisters, Lyda Westfall of Seminole, FL and Janet Jean Amtower (Robert) of Keyser. He is also survived by his five nephews and four nieces.
