It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tanya Leatricia Merrill (Keyser, West Virginia), who passed away on July 26, 2025, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Scrogham and Vanessa Scrogham (Hartman) of Virginia; and her grandparents, Jake, Virginia Hartman of Virginia, Omer and Mary Jane Scrogham of Indiana.
She is survived by: her husband Paul E. Merrill; her children, Joshua Rogers of Keyser, Ivy Rogers of Keyser and Keely Martin (Alex) of Burlington, WV; her grandchildren, Braxton and Harper Martin; her brother Thomas Scrogham, Jr. of Virginia; her stepmother Fonda Scrogham of Virginia; and her stepsiblings, Robbie of Virginia, Jamie Tinnell of Virginia and Carie Kiser of Florida.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Emmanuel Pentecostal Holiness Assembly (231 Newton St, Keyser, WV 26726).
