He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Cook and Oneida Cook; and his daughter Veronica Hamilton. He is survived by: his wife Maxine Cook; and his daughters, Anice David (Roy), Cherie Azbell (Dave) and Lisa Kempe (Kevin). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can me made in Lamar's name to the Salvation Army.
