He was predeceased by: his parent Carl Browning; his wife Mary Bruce Browning; and his brothers, Dewey, Carless, Willie, Edward and Noah.
He is survived by: his parent Mary Dalton Browning; his children, Wanda Browning (Michael Wellman) of Breeden, W. V, Loretta Johnson (Samp) of Crown City, Freelin Browning (Loretta) of Kiahsville, W. V, Dewey Carel (Anita) of Dunlow, W. V and Hillard Browning (Amanda) of Midkiff, W. V; and his siblings, Georgia McNeeley of South Point, Frealin Browning and Arthur Browning. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a host of friends, nephews and nieces.
