He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Crawford and Birdie Wiley Crawford; his brothers, George, Ronnie, Dan, Don and Bob; and his father-in-law Ransom Wiley.
He is survived by: his wife Rosa Lee Wiley Crawford; his children, Cindy (Steve Hinkle), Mayme Lynn (Eddie Meadows), Carol (David Burns), Kim Beaty (Jay Davidson) and James Larry Jr.; his mother-in-law Mayme Wiley; and his siblings, William "Doodle" and Erma Jean. He is also survived by mother; eleven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.
