He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Runyon Adkins; his children, Phillip Adkins (Jackie) of Ranger, WV, Beverly Taylor (Tim) of Kiahsville and Jimmy Hopkins (Sherry) of Hurricane, WV; his siblings, Danny Adkins of Ranger, WV, David Adkins of Delaware, OH, Robin Keith Adkins (Rhonda) of Crown City, OH, Joyce Smith of Crystal River, FL, Gayle Tomblin (Bill) of New Philadelphia, OH, Cheryl Long (Jeff) of West Hamlin, WV and Gloria Tomblin (Timothy) of Ranger, WV; his uncle James Adkins of Ranger, WV; his aunt JoAnn Moon (Ronnie) of Lodi, OH.; his grandchildren, Amanda Neace (Jon), Andrea Reynolds (Josh), Christopher Grizzell, Chauncee, Martel, Paris Adkins, Madison MeKosch (Derrick), Becca Farmer, Pritchard, Abby, Jade, Lizzie and Brianna Taylor; and his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Kara Reynolds, Waylon Pritchard, Bella, Jayden and Isaiah MeKosch. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
