She was predeceased by : her parents, George Collingwood and Carmen Collingwood; her former life partner Willard Fortney; and her son John Collingwood. She is survived by : her husband Carl Lewis of Kingwood; her children, David Collingwood (Kathy) of Kingwood, George Collingwood (Trish) of Bretz and Esther Cole (Terry) of Kingwood; her grandchildren, Kayla McCrobie (Jason), Hayle Collingwood, Taylor Delgado (Brent), Shane Washington (Rebekah), Samantha Rambo (Codie), Shyanna Johnson (Frank Audia), Samantha Collingwood (Ashton Adams) and Dakota Collingwood; her great grandchildren, Kayden, Kage, Johnnie, Avalynn, Jaelynn, Oakleigh, Sophia, Nevaeh, Frankie and Aria; and her sisters, Ermal Yoho (George) of Aliquippa, PA and Helen Gould.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Field Funeral Home (10537 Veterans Memorial Hwy, Masontown, WV 26542). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
