It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shela JoAnn Frum of Kingwood, West Virginia, who passed away on May 30, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ferris T. Bolyard and Effie O. Bolyard (Hoffman); her husband Jesse Dale Frum of Shela's Restaurant; her granddaughters, Amber Golden and Shanna Whetsell; her brother Glen Bolyard (Mary); and her son-in-law Barry Prinkey.
She is survived by: her children, Lou Ann Prinkey, Denise Kenney (Tom), L. J. Smouse, John Newlon and Dusty McCauley; and her siblings, John Bolyard (Judy), Sharyn Tourville and Ferrie Ann Ball (Carl). She is also survived by several other foster children, and nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Field Funeral Home (10537 Veterans Memorial Hwy, Masontown, WV 26542). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Maplewood Cemetery. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at the same location.
