She is survived by: her children, Mildred Dianne Lawrence, Cynthia Dawn Duncan and Paul David Smith (Tiffany); her siblings, Beverly Dianne DeHaven, Grace Ellen Yates (Dale) and Bruce Timothy DeHaven (Brenda); her grandchildren, C. J. Smith, Travis Hopper, Malyn Hutter, Britney, Karissa, Gabriella, Isaiah Smith, Michael Estep, Brock Potter, Miranda Lawrence and MaKayla Duncan; her great grandchild Judah Hayes Smith; and her close friends, Bubby, Ellen Toney, Ronald, Denise Smith, Juanita "Blondie" Adkins, Jolene Conley, Dennis, Jan Bills, Glen Jay Brown, Bug, Darlene Cochran, Jessie Bryant, Rod, Loretta Adkins and Little Roger Adkins.
