She is survived by: her children, Larry D. Cook of Left Hand, Sharon L. Smith of Newton, Gary W. Cook, Shelly L. Carper and Left Hand; and her siblings, Marshall Tallman of Orrville, Milton Tallman of Newton, Michael Tallman of Spencer and Marsha Morris of Newton. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
