He is survived by : his wife Jeannette Ramsey (Durst); his son Thomas Russell Ramsey, Jr. (Ellen); his grandchildren, Olivia and Tommy; and his siblings, Wayne Ramsey of Cottageville and Suzann Fields (Dean) of Cottageville. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
