He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruben Rash and Josephine Baldwin McMillion; and his siblings, William Howard, Charles J., Harold Gray McMillion and Inez Bell Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Karan Sue Christian McMillion; his sons, Gary McMillion (Annie) and Kevin "Pid" McMillion; and his grandchildren, Charles Donelan, Shaelynn Withrow (Charles), Timber McMillion-Grose (Brandon), Reuben McMillion and Alden Patrick McMillion.
