She was predeceased by : her parents, Dell Popplewell and Dessie Thompson Popplewell; her former life partner Joseph Butler Dilley; and her brothers, James and Pleas.

She is survived by : her husband Joe; her daughter Rita Kincaid; and her great-niece Marjory Poppelwell.

A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the May Chapel Church (23885 Pocahontas Trl, White Sulphur Springs, WV 24986).
