Alvin Burton Shiflet and Grace Givens Shiflet; her husband William Alvin Porterfield; her brother William Marion Shiflet (Kappy); her siblings-in-law, Dr. James R. Neale III, Lanelle Porterfield Griffith (Carl), Kendall Porterfield (Juanita) and Phyllis Porterfield Shrader (Julian); her grandson William Alvin Wyatt; and her great grandchild Grier Ellen Wyatt.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jeanie Wyatt (Mike) of Lewisburg, WV. and Sheryl Hulmes (Rich) of Lewisburg, WV.; her grandchildren, Robbie Wyatt, Megan of Philippi, WV, Susie Wyatt, Jonathan of Gap Mills, WV, Amy Wyatt Mitchin (Joe) of Morgantown, WV, Ryan Hulmes (Pahton) of Pittsburgh, PA and Chris Hulmes of Lewisburg, WV.; her great grandchildren, Sydney, Abigail, Rhett, Hadley and Reagan; her sister Elizabeth "Tooty" Shiflet Neale of Melrose; her friend Dr. Tom; and her nephews, Bill Shiflet, Mark Sparks, Jim Neale, Keith Porterfield, Ronnie Porterfield, Rob Miller and Bill Griffith. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
