He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Rupert and Annie Byers; his daughter Cynthia Byers; and his brother Robert Byers. He is survived by : his wife Wanda June Byers; his sister Betty Lou Byers of Frankford, WV; his sons, Greg Byers of Frankford, WV, Brent Byers of Lewisburg, WV and Brian Byers (Sandra) of Alderson, WV; and his stepchildren, Rick Seldomridge (Jodie) of Massachusetts, Randy Seldomridge of North Carolina, Roger Seldomridge (April) of Lewisburg, WV, Roberta Hepler (Jessie) of Crows, VA and Rebecca White (Rodney) of Ronceverte, WV. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
