He is survived by: his parents, Orville Linwood and Sandra Ann Lehrke Sams; his son Dravin Allen Ambler; his brother Jared Sams (Christi); and his sibling's children, Jaci, Madelyn and Nicholas. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
