She is survived by: her husband Daniel Zickafoose; her daughter Amber Brumfield (Rick); her siblings, Anita Kittinger and Bill Crouch; her grandchildren, Tyler Zickafoose and Emma Brumfield; and her mother-in-law Betty Jo Zickafoose. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
