He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Monroe and Ocie Gertrude Smith Carper. He is survived by: his siblings, Smith Arden Carper, Eunice Ann Kyser Kline and Betty Lou Newman; his children, Susan Kay Foraker of Looneyville, Virginia Ann Kramer of Looneyville, Christopher Keith Carper of Looneyville and Daniel Keith Carper of Looneyville; and his sisters, Peggy Caro of Honolulu and Phyllis Norris of Baltimore. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
