Charles Leroy Hickman Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Leroy Hickman of Lumberport, West Virginia, who passed away on May 2, 2025, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Charles departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Charles. Though Charles may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his father Charles Curtis Hickman; and his grandfather Leroy McWilliams. He is survived by: his mother Linda Elaine McWilliams Beverly; his stepfather John Beverly Jr.; his siblings, Sara Harbert, Brian Lee Hickman, Lisa Renee Hickman and Isabel Marie Harbert; his daughter Haley Hickman of Pennsylvania; and his friend Heather Watkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Perine Funeral Home (1348 S Pike St, Shinnston, WV 26431). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
