It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delta M. Hill (Madison, West Virginia), who passed away on March 14, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Nelson and Della Nelson; her husband Sherald Hill; her daughter Patricia Starkey; and her siblings, Malloy, Darrell, Dennis, Alvin and Anna Lee Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Hill (Jacqueline) and Tammy Hill; her son-in-law Freddie Starkey; her grandsons, Mickey Starkey, Brian Starkey and Sherald Hill II; and her siblings, Don Nelson, Jr. and Genevieve Nelson. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
