She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Smith and Helen Smith; her sons, Danny Johnson and Oliver "Bowdie" Smith; and her brothers, Oliver "Sonny" Smith, Paul Smith, Carl Smith and Charles Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Johnson (Debbie) of Six Mile, WV, Travis Lane of Madison, WV and Sherry Whitt (Freddy) of Foster, WV; and her daughter-in-law Judy Smith of Laurel, WV. She is also survived by grandmother and was blessed with ten grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
