He was predeceased by : his parents, Clyde Edgell, Sr. and Garnett Edgell (Richard); and his sister Sandra Crider. He is survived by : his siblings, Selma Strakal, Geraldine Bennett, James, Ronnie and Charles Edgell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
