It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Allen (Maidsville, West Virginia), who passed away on March 13, 2019, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Guy Duane and Eleanor Gay Allen (Marshall); and his sister Donna. He is survived by : his son Billy Keyser; his grandchildren, Tripp Alexander and Keith Allen Keyser; and his siblings, David (Melissa), Frank, John and Jeanne Allen (Kenneth Metz).
