He is survived by : his parents, Jerry L. of Maidsville and Nancy Kelly Holbert of Maidsville; his sister Brandy Kline (Shawn) of Fairmont; his significant other Paula Lewis of Mt; his uncles, Karen Shaffer, David Shaffer of Westover, Jim Holbert, Connie Holbert of Dilliner, PA, Jodie Brock and Terry Summers of Fairmont; and his cousins, Jeff Shaffer, Lori Shaffer of Vail Colorado, Michelle Hurley of Mt and Morris Pa.
