He was predeceased by : his parents, John Sapp and Flossie Hudson Sapp; and his sisters, Regina May Mayle and Wilda June Javosky. He is survived by : his siblings, Robert Lee Sapp of Morgantown, Buddy Sapp of Hundred, WV and Violet Payne of Greensburg, PA; and his brother-in-law Eldon Mayle of Maidsville.
