It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Adele Carter (Man, West Virginia), who passed away on July 18, 2019, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Dorothy Howze, Viola Green, Blanche Carter, Shirley Rankin, Doretha Carter, Wanda Helton, Orlin and Roy Carter.
She is survived by: her children, Deshawna Carter of Kistler, WV and Bradley Clark of Accoville, WV; her brothers, William "Tootie" Carter (Beverly) of Amherstdale, WV, Horlin "Boonie" Carter of Greenboro, NC, Reginald "Bubbie" Carter of Kistler, WV and Thurmond "Dit" Carter (Harriett) of Alexandria, VA; her sister-in-law Jean Carter of Woodbridge, VA; her grandchildren, Jalynn, Jazmin and Little Bradley of Accoville, WV; her close friends, Tina Petzer, Drema Franklin, Dorothy Jones and Nancy Goodman; and her pet Reece. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
