She is survived by : her great-grandparent Edelmira; her husband Adan "Cuate" Ortiz; her parents, Juan Borquez and Beatriz Borquez; her children, Norma and Richard; her grandchildren, Manny León (Denise), LeAnna Nuñez (Carlos) and Daniel Martinez (Ashley); and her great grandchildren, Cassandra, Jaelyn, Katarina, Jiselle and Daniel. She is also survived by mother, grandmother.
