He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Andrew Burns and Opal Triplett Burns; and his siblings, Irene Fisher and Thomas Harold Burns. He is survived by: his sisters, Barbara Brown (Earthel) of Claypool, Suzi Caldwell (Jerry) of Point Pleasant and Sharron Jewell (James) of Gilman Bottom; his sister-in-law Sammie Burns of Hazard, KY; his nieces and nephews, Cheryl Clark, Crystal Dickens, Kim Osborne, Kristi Miller, Shannon Brown, Shana Patterson, Jennifer Caldwell, Lauren Billiter, Errin Jewell, Emily Johnston, Gary Fisher, Ernest Fisher and Joshua Jewell; his uncle John; and his aunts, Glenna Wiley and Garnet Triplett. He is also survived by many cousins, friends.
